Registration fees (USD)

All participants must complete their registration online using MyWSSF account. If you have submitted a paper or panel proposal, please make sure you register with the same account (same e-mail address).

Registration fees must be paid for online by midnight, EST, June 27, 2013 to be eligible for the above rates or postmarked by June 18, 2013, if paying by check/money order.

Payment

Registration fees may be paid by credit card (preferred), cheque or money order (in US$ and made out to "IPSA”). We only accept Visa and Mastercard at this time. Please DO NOT SEND CASH.

Registrants unable to pay online may send a cheque in US dollars to:

We recommend you use registered or certified mail in this case. IPSA is not responsible for payment lost or delayed in the mail.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to ISSC at info@wssf2013.org.  Registrations cancelled before July 18, 2013 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid; cancellations received as of July 19, 2013 and no-shows will not be refunded. If mailed, the 50% refund will apply to notifications post-marked by July 11, 2013.

If you cannot attend the World Social Science Forum, please send your cancellation notice to info@wssf2013.org as soon as possible, to allow your panel coordinator to find a replacement in time.
